Abstract

В работе статистическими методами определяется зависимость между рыночной стоимостью жилой недвижимости и состоянием окружающей среды одного из самых загрязненных городов Сибири. Результаты проведенного анализа позволяют утверждать о наличии сильной связи между загрязнением атмосферной среды города и предпочтениями относительно выбора городского района для проживания. Выявленные особенности ценообразования на рынке недвижимости могут быть учтены в оценке кадастровой стоимости земельных участков городов, аналогичных Новокузнецку.
