Abstract

Возрастающая роль инновационной деятельности предъявляет новые требования к вопросам о выборе наиболее эффективных механизмов использования и оценки инновационного потенциала, управления инновационной деятельностью предприятия. Для адекватной оценки текущей ситуации и выбора перспективных направлений инновационного развития на предприятии необходимо проведение систематической оценки имеющегося инновационного потенциала. В статье исследованы подходы к определению инновационного потенциала предприятия, предложена модель инновационного предприятия. Авторы предлагают методику оценки инновационного потенциала производственного предприятия и примерные мероприятия по совершенствованию организации системы управления инновационной деятельностью предприятия.
