Abstract

Статья дает обзор проблематики управления на основе стоимости и приводит результаты авторского исследования среди топ-менеджеров российских компаний о концепции управления на основе стоимости и её взаимосвязи со стратегией компании Abstract: The paper gives an overview of value-based management concept and presents the results of survey among top managers of largest Russian companies. The survey shows how top managers understand VBM and its dependence with corporate strategy.
