Abstract

В статье анализируются предпосылки привлечения иностранной рабочей силы в экономику приграничного региона. В работе произведен анализ динамики и географической структуры ее привлечения. Выявлены особенности в структуре занятости иностранной рабочей силы и определены структурные сдвиги. Произведены расчеты индексов сезонности в занятости трудовых мигрантов по видам экономической деятельности. Выявлена межрегиональная дифференциация привлечения иностранной рабочей силы, выделены особенности занятости в южной и северной зонах Амурской области.
