Abstract

В статье рассматривается формирование стратегических целей развития региона, определяется их взаимосвязь с достижением более эффективного использования ресурсов и быстрой реакции на изменения ситуации в регионах страны. Так же рассматривается эффективность региональной политики, проводимой сегодня федеральным центром в России.
