Abstract

Современное состояние банковской системы России свидетельствует о наличии серьезных проблем в функционировании всех ее звеньев. В настоящее время перед Банком России со всей остротой встает проблема развития банковского сектора, повышение эффективности ее функционирования, которое может быть достигнуто путем устранения барьеров на пути развития добросовестной конкуренции между банками и повышения прозрачности банковского сектора. В статье дается оценка современным подходам к регулированию отношений агентов российского банковского рынка по поводу конкуренции и осуществляемому Банком России, так называемому, риск-ориентированному надзору за банками.
