Минимизация Налоговых Рисков Российских Банков, Возникающих При Отражении Процентных Доходов И Расходов

Abstract

В целях избежания дополнительных налоговых последствий по результатам проведения налоговых проверок при построении системы налогового учета в коммерческом банке особое внимание необходимо уделять управлению налоговыми рисками. В статье проанализированы следующие налоговые риски, возникающие у банков по ссудным операциям: риск начисления процентных доходов по невозвращенным банку кредитам и риск вычета процентов по валютным обязательствам. Для минимизации рассмотренных рисков приведены рекомендации для кредитных организаций, а также рассмотрены возможные изменения в налоговое законодательство.
