Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы лицензирования банков и небанковских кредитных организаций в Российской Федерации и за рубежом. Раскрываются особенности лицензирования банков в отдельных странах. Исследуется статистика зарубежных стран о выданных лицензиях на осуществление банковской деятельности. На основе проведенного анализа авторами определена правовая природа лицензирования банковской деятельности, раскрыта сущность банковской лицензии, выявлены недостатки существующего порядка лицензирования. Определены перспективы совершенствования правового регулирования банковской деятельности.
