Abstract

В статье рассмотрен важный момент в вопросе бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности страховщиков - ее перевод на международные стандарты финансовой отчетности. Автором выделены основные различия в системе учета и отчетности по РСБУ и МСФО, выявлены требования к раскрытию информации по МСФО, вызывающие сложности. Для адекватной оценки состояния страховщика по МСФО наибольший интерес представляет такой показатель как страховые резервы. Поэтому представлена проблема трансформации бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности страховщиков по РСБУ на МСФО именно в части информации о страховых резервах.
