Abstract

В настоящей работе проведен анализ имеющихс трактовок понятия «локальный рынок жилья» и в связи с этим сформулирована авторская точка зрения. Также в работе рассматриваются функции и структура локального рынка жилья и его роль в социально- экономической системе региона. In this paper we analyze the interpretations imeyuschihs the concept of «local housing market» and therefore stated the author's point of view. Also in this paper we consider the function and structure of the local housing market and its role in the socio-economic system in the region.
