Методические Основы Формирования Условий Сбалансированного Развития Региона На Основе Использования Модели Межотраслевого Баланса»

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются основы разработки долгосрочной стратегии создания экономической системы устойчивого развития. Важнейшим аспектом этого процесса является организация взаимодействия ресурсных подсистем, когда в экономической системе устойчивого развития роль ведущего звена должны играть уже не производственные структуры - предприятия, а воспроизводственные - регионы и города. Рассматриваются также основные положения макроэкономического равновесия и исследуются методические подходы к его оценке на основе совершенствования прогнозирования основных показателей межотраслевого баланса (МОБ) на уровне региона с использованием экономико-математического моделирования и экспертной обработки статистической информации.
