Схема Формирования Стратегии Развития Организации В Условиях Кадрового Риск-Менеджмента

Abstract

Проведена типологизация базовых терминов данного исследования и предложено уточнение понятий «стратегия развития организации», «кадровый риск менеджмент» с учетом степени их взаимодействия Определены стратегические направления взаимодействия организаций и кадрового риск менеджмента. Обоснованы основные этапы организационной разработки стратегии с учетом кадровых рисков в условиях реструктуризации Предложена классификация сбалансированности интересов сотрудников и организации при формировании и реализации стратегии развития организации с учетом минимизации кадровых рисков. Разработана авторская схема формирования стратегии развития организации в условиях кадрового риск-менеджмента.
