Abstract

Может ли страхование способствовать снижению социального напряжения или нейтрализации отрицательных эффектов на рынках труда, возникающих в результате очередного технологического рывка? Этот вопрос поднимается в рамках данной статьи и является одним из ключевых в контексте дискуссии о страховании как о факторе. Abstract. Can insurance promote lower social pressures or limit external effects, which occur due to impact of a new technological cycle through causing influence on labor markets?This certain issue is raised within this article and is considered to be one of the most significant aspects of the discussion around insurance as a factor of innovative development of the economy.
