Abstract

В статье предложена схема оптимизации планирования в региональных системах экологического менеджмента. Формирование программ ресурсосбережения с использованием данной схемы, позволит снизить потребление природных ресурсов в наибольшей степени при ограниченных финансовых ресурсах. This paper proposed a scheme for optimizing the planning of regional environmental management systems. Formation resource programs using this scheme will reduce consumption of natural resources to the greatest degree with limited financial resources.
