Abstract

Соотношение понятий и особенности определения» рассмотрены вопросы проведения государственной кадастровой оценки, в частности, проведен анализ нормативно-правовой базы, содержащей общие требования к установлению кадастровой стоимости в Российской Федерации. Также проведен анализ места и роли индивидуальной оценки объекта недвижимости в рамках осуществления работ по определению кадастровой стоимости методами массовой оценки. Кроме того, предложен один из возможных организационных алгоритмов массовой оценки объектов недвижимости, принимая во внимание специфику российского рынка недвижимости.
