Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с разработкой конкурентной стратегии, выделяются особенности рыночного и ресурсного походов к управлению предприятия, подчеркивается необходимость интеграции двух базовых теорий в стратегическом управлении, определяются конкурентные стратегии предприятия в рамках ресурсно-рыночного подхода.
