Abstract

В статье рассмотрены предпосылки создания на российских предприятиях интегрированных систем менеджмента. С учетом возможных причинно-следственных связей определена структура эффектов, получаемых организацией при использовании данного инструмента управления. Обозначена проблема отсутствия общепризнанной модели интегрированной системы менеджмента, гармонизированной с общей системой менеджмента на предприятии, а также предложена для использования модель, удовлетворяющая данному требованию.
