Abstract

В условиях преодоления последствий мирового финансового кризиса существует проблема недостатка потенциальных инвестиций в инфраструктуру российских регионов и городов. Партнерство государства и бизнеса направлено на достижение экономических и социальных целей по созданию необходимых условий для функционирования хозяйственного комплекса и обслуживания потребностей населения, удовлетворения растущего спроса на товары и услуги, доступности инфраструктуры The summary: In the conditions of overcoming of consequences of world financial crisis there is a problem of a lack of potential investments into an infrastructure of the Russian regions and cities. The partnership of the state and business is directed on achievement of the economic and social purposes on creation of necessary conditions for functioning of an economic complex and service of requirements of the population, satisfaction of a growing demand for the goods and services, availability of an infrastructure.
