Abstract

В России аутсорсинг применяется уже на многих предприятиях и в различных сферах деятельности, однако принятие решения об использовании аутсорсинга является сложной задачей, поскольку затрагивает стратегические интересы компании.In Russia, outsourcing has been used for many enterprises in different spheres of activity, but a decision on the use of outsourcing is a difficult task, because affects the strategic interests of the company
