Abstract

Обосновывается необходимость рассматривать объект исследования- инновационную систему региона в трех плоскостях: формирование, развитие и функционирование. На основе анализа научно-технического уровня отдельных регионов округа выявлены условия и факторы, характеризующие объективные основы формирования региональной инновационной системы. Abstract The necessity to consider object of research - innovative system of region in three planes is proved: formation, development and functioning. On the basis of the analysis of scientific and technical level of separate regions of district conditions and the factors characterizing objective bases of formation of regional innovative system are revealed.
