Abstract

Полуторовековое состояние исследований в области менеджмента отличается пестротой и динамичностью различных научных воззрений. Глубокие качественные изменения, мультиплицированные бурным развитием научно-технического прогресса, глобализации и человеческим интеллектом, не обошли стороной практику управления. В статье отображены наиболее типичные стороны эволюции внешней среды и самого менеджмента в динамике, с позиций исторической ретроспективы. Авторами предпринята попытка обобщить и систематизировать различные этапы, формы, взгляды и подходы развития теории и практики управления и важнейших ее элементов, характеристик и признаков в пространственно-временном диапазоне
