Abstract

В статье представлены методические подходы и алгоритм оценки качества оказания медицинских услуг с использованием методов экспертной оценки. Рассмотрена оценка эффективности оказания услуг в системе здравоохранения, которая носит экономический, медицинский и социальный характер. Оценка осуществляется с позиций структурного, процессного и результативного подходов с учетом мнений нескольких групп субъектов здравоохранения. Применение разработанного алгоритма требует разработки и адаптации системы нормативов и критериев.
