Abstract

Политика выплат компаний является одной из самых исследуемых тем в финансовой литературе. Акционерные общества свободны в выборе форм выплат: наличные дивиденды, дивиденды акциями и др. Данная статья посвящена выкупу акций, реализация которого влияет на капитализацию компании, способствуя росту котировок акций. В работе представлены основные способы проведения программ выкупа акций, перечислены факторы, которыевлияют на выбор данного способа распределения средств, указаны особенности выкупа акций в российских компаниях.
