Abstract

Современная концепция развития предприятия состоит в удовлетворении множества интересов заинтересованных лиц (стрейкхолдеров). Многие взаимосвязи, между которыми находятся в нелинейной и зачастую в обратной зависимости. Задача менеджера становится определение баланса во взаимодействии со стейкхолдерами.
