Abstract

Одна из важнейших стратегических целей аграрной и экономической реформы заключается в замене административно-распорядительных методов хозяйствования преимущественно рыночными. Переходный период в аграрной экономике требует оптимального сочетания государственного регулирования и рыночных рычагов, вызывает необходимость разработки теории и совершенствования практики государственного воздействия на процессы в сельском хозяйстве. Этим и обуславливается актуальность данной работы.
