Совершенствования Механизма Антикризисного Регионального Управления

Abstract

Антикризисное региональное управление рассматривается как система мер по выводу региона из депрессивного состояния. Кризисные ситуации преодолеваются каждым регионом самостоятельно, зачастую без детального анализа и учета всей совокупности факторов, обеспечивающих дальнейшее развития. Решение проблемы требует комплексного подхода. Необходимо построение механизма антикризисного регионального управления, основанного на постоянном мониторинге социально- экономического и финансового состояния для предвидения кризиса, минимизации его последствий, своевременного принятия адекватных мер, выявлении факторов дальнейшего развития региона.
