Abstract

в статье рассматриваются перспективы модернизации российской системы профессионального образования, концептуальные основы, сущность и составляющие модели управления образовательными учреждениями профессионального образования с точки зрения теории экономических систем, базовых принципов, сложившейся практики управления, реализуемых и планируемых реформ, возможностей дальнейшего развития.in article prospects of modernization of the Russian system of vocational training, conceptual bases, essence and making models of management by educational institutions of vocational training from the point of view of the theory of economic systems, the base principles, the developed practice of the management, realized and planned reforms, possibilities of the further development are considered.
