Abstract

Модели адаптации управленческих воздействий для целей модернизации экономики основываются сегодня на элементах обновления технологического сектора. При этом трансформация современных условий хозяйствования, обусловливающая опережающее развитие сферы услуг, зачастую остается без должного внимания. Сервисная часть экономики, не воспринимаемая в действующих условиях как институциональный элемент обновления и модернизации хозяйства, тем не менее, таит в себе существенный незадействованный потенциал.
