Abstract

Усложнение социально-экономических систем регионального уровня требует новых подходов к формированию методов и инструментов прогнозирования и управления их развитием. Исследование может осуществляться в трех плоскостях: город, регион как особая система, конкурентные отношения элементов системы. В статье рассмотрены возможные теоретико-методологические направления указанной задачи, которые опираются на идеи самоорганизации и ценозы.
