Механизм Регулирования Арендных Отношений

Abstract

В условиях рыночной экономики вопросы рационального использования земли наиболее эффективно решаются с помощью института аренды. Проблема аренды земли и возникающие при этом множество экономических, социальных и правовых вопросов сегодня приобрели особую актуальность. В сельском хозяйстве объектом аренды выступает, прежде всего, земля, а также сельскохозяйственная техника и инвентарь. При этом «плоды продукции и доходы, полученные арендатором в результате использования арендного имущества в соответствии с договором, являются его собственностью». Арендная плата, взимаемая за земельные участки, по своему содержанию имеет связь с видом аренды, методом ее определения, сроком, с нормативно-правовыми актами, формой хозяйствования сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей.
