Abstract

Статья посвящена противоречиям доступа населения к медицинским услугам и недостаткам в реализации Программы государственных гарантий оказания гражданам Российской Федерации бесплатной медицинской помощи. Рассматриваются социальные аспекты предоставления медицинских услуг в условиях существенного недофинансирования отрасли и повышающихся расходах домашних хозяйств на медицинскую помощь. Abstract Article is devoted to contradictions of access of the population to medical services and lacks of realization of the Program of the state guarantees of rendering to citizens of the Russian Federation of free medical aid. Social aspects of granting of medical services in the conditions of essential underfinancing of branch and raising expenses of house economy on medical aid are considered.
