Abstract

Безусловно, всех владельцев предприятий гостиничной индустрии интересует, какие из факторов влияют на наличие спроса. Мы сделали первый шаг в исследовании данного вопроса, посмотрев какие факторы влияют на оценку отелей Москвы, и, как следствие, на спрос, и попытались оценить вес каждого фактора, включая стоимость номеров. Наше исследование является кабинетным, все использованные данные являются вторичными и предоставлены в открытом доступе на портале booking.com (сайт бронирования), slon.ru/moscow (рейтинг районов Москвы), irn.ru (портал Индексы Рынка Недвижимости), и на сайтах московских гостиниц, зарегистрированных на booking.com.
