Abstract

Региональный комплекс молочно-перерабатывающих производств является составным элементом (подсистемой) регионального хозяйства и в условиях требований системной модернизации нуждается в обосновании концептуальной модели управления, направленной на решение проблем продовольственной безопасности и трансформации региона к устойчивому развитию The regional complex of dairy-processing manufactures is a component (subsystem) of a regional economy and in the conditions of requirements of system modernization needs a substantiation of conceptual model of the management directed on the decision of problems of food safety and transformation of region to a sustainable development
