Abstract

В статье рассматриваются модели стратегического планирования. В условиях рыночной экономики выход российских нефтяных компаний на мировой рынок ставит проблемы стратегического планирования вертикально-интегрированных компаний особо значимыми. Рассматриваемая модель стратегического планирования является универсальной, и применима к стратегии развития организации, с учетом региональных и государственных интересов.
