Антикризисный Механизм Диагностики Риска Банкротства Предприятия

Abstract

В статье производится исследование и анализ понятий «кризис», «неплатежеспособность», «несостоятельность», «банкротство» предприятия с точки зрения теории кризисов, определяются их отличительные признаки. Приводится схема развития кризиса на предприятии, включающая три периода: предкризисная, острый кризис и хронический кризис, где завершающей точкой является банкротство предприятия. Разрабатывается антикризисный механизм диагностики риска банкротства предприятия включающий анализ состояния предприятия с точки зрения четырех срезов.
