Abstract

Данная статья посвящена формализованной постановке проблемы выбора метода для решения маркетинговых задач управления продуктом, а также описанию принципа ее решения с помощью нечеткой матричной экспертной системы. Разработанная система поддержки принятия решений (СППР), помогает выбрать метод решения маркетинговых задач исходя из неполных знаний о параметрах имеющейся ситуации.Given article is devoted the formalized statement of a problem of a choice of a method for the decision of marketing problems of management by a product, and also to the description of a principle of its decision by means of indistinct matrix expert system. The developed system of support of decision-making, helps to choose a method of the decision of marketing problems proceeding from incomplete knowledge of parameters of an available situation.
