Abstract

В последние десятилетия в мировой экономике существенно возросла роль транснациональных фирм, и поэтому возникают проблемы анализа эффективности координации политики регулирования вредных выбросов между национальными правительствами стран. В работе построена модель двух стран, России и зарубежной страны, и отрасли экономики, характеризующейся выбросами загрязняющих веществ и включающей две фирмы: отечественную и зарубежную.Last decades the role of transnational firms and consequently there are problems of the analysis of efficiency of coordination of a policy of regulation of harmful emissions between the national governments of the countries has essentially increased in economic. In work the model of two countries, Russia and a foreign country, and branch of the economy characterised by emissions of polluting substances and including two firm is constructed: domestic and foreign.
