Abstract

В данной статье предпринята попытка рассмотреть часть проблем реализации собственности в жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве, возникших в современных рыночных условиях. Автор акцентирует особое внимание на негативных социально-экономических последствиях преобразований, проводимых в сфере ЖКХ, так как именно их, в первую очередь, необходимо минимизировать, повысив эффективность функционирования института собственности. In given article attempt to consider a part of problems of realization of the property in housing and communal services, arisen in modern market conditions is undertaken. The author brings special to a focus to negative social and economic consequences of the transformations spent for sphere of housing and communal services as they, first of all, are necessary for minimizing, having increased efficiency of functioning of institute of the property.
