Abstract

В данной статье выявлены основные проблемы существующих систем мониторинга реализации государственного заказа в Российской Федерации, представлены рекомендации по организации системы мониторинга в рамках организации экспертизы реализации государственного заказа, позволяющей минимизировать влияние коррупционных факторов при осуществлении процесса расходования бюджетных средств и повыить эффективность реализации государственного заказа.
