Abstract

Технологический процесс производства оказывает решающее влияние на условия труда. Целью организации труда является снижение степени влияния условий труда на человеческий организм, создание удобных и комфортных условий для выполнения работы. На транспорте в отличии от других отраслей экономики большинство рабочих мест является зоной коллективного пользования, где трудовой процесс осуществляется под открытым воздухом, за пределами предприятия, что вызывает необходимость разработки методических подходов по организации труда работников транспорта, работающих в этих специфических условиях, и которые в наибольшей степени способствовали бы их эффективной деятельности.
