Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы несоответствия институциональной ба- зы современной амортизационной политики экономики в целом, и отдельных промышленных предприятий и неотвратимости амортизационной реформы. Прослежена трансформация принципов, определяющих сферу организации производства от организационно-технологических принциповдо организаци- онно-экономических. Предложена концепция амортизационной реформы. In article are considered questions of an inconsistency of the institutional base of modern depreciation policy of the economy as a whole, and individual industrial enterprises and the inevitability of a depreciation of the reform. Traces the transformation of the principles that define the sphere of the organization of the production of the organizational-technological principles to organizational and economic.The concept of the depreciation of the reform.
