Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме оптимизации методологии планирования в организациях. В статье рассматриваются основные аспекты классической школы планирования, анализируется методология и перспективные инструменты планирования в организациях. Автором утверждается, что использование концепции Сбалансированной системы показателей оптимизирует методологию планирования в организациях и повысит соответствие качества разрабатываемых планов организации принципам планирования.
