Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению типов и видов конфликтов, которые присущи сфере кадрового менеджмента промышленных предприятий. Анализируются причины возникновения конфликтов различных типов и рассматриваются основные способы предупреждения и разрешения конфликтных ситуаций.
