Abstract

В данной статье представлен методический подход к оценке регионального ипотечного потенциала, основанный на расчете индекса диагностики регионального ипотечного потенциала, на основе которого выполняется ранжирование регионов по уровню развития ипотечного потенциала, позволяющее проводить сравнительный анализ регионов РФ для эффективной реализации региональной ипотечной политики.
