Модернизация Бюджетных Расходов На Региональном Уровне

Abstract

Надвигающаяся вторая волна глобального финансового кризиса повышает функциональную роль эффективных расходов региональных бюджетов. При этом, связь между значениями показателей валового регионального продукта в расчете на душу населения и значениями показателей расходов бюджетов субъектов в расчете на душу населения по регионам Российской Федерации на общегосударственные вопросы, на национальную экономику и межбюджетные трансферты является слабой. В таких условиях необходима модернизация содержания отмеченных бюджетных расходов.
