Формирование Земельной Собственности В Сельском Хозяйстве России

Abstract

В связи с рыночными преобразованиями встал вопрос о необходимости создания в аграрном секторе производственных единиц, адекватных рынку, способных самостоятельно хозяйствовать в новых условиях, чего колхозы и совхозы в их прежнем виде делать принципиально не могли. Прежде всего, предпринимались определенные шаги для развития фермерских хозяйств. В ходе реорганизации была ликвидирована монополия государства на землю, в результате чего большая часть сельскохозяйственных земель из государственной собственности были переданы в собственность коллективов сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Решение проблемы эффективного управления земельными ресурсами актуально на сегодняшний день.
