Abstract

В статье представлены результаты разработки новой системы оплаты труда на предприятии лесопромышленного комплекса, позволяющей лучшим образом обеспечить взаимосвязь размеров оплаты труда с результатами производственной деятельности и повысить мотивацию работников.
