Abstract

В статье рассмотрены необходимость и возможности применения категорий фискального пространства и бюджетной емкости в теории бюджетного регулирования, предложены основные направления увеличения бюджетной емкости, выявлена ее взаимосвязь с налоговым, бюджетным и финансовым потенциалами.
