Учреждения Социальной Защиты Населения В Условиях Реформирования Бюджетной Системы

Abstract

Реструктуризация бюджетной системы изменяет условия деятельности учреждений социальной защиты, что, учитывая большую значимость этих учреждений, требует продуманных решений по изменению типа учреждений, их финансированию в соответствии с государственным заданием, по оказанию платных социальных услуг, обеспечивая финансовую устойчивость и эффективность данных учреждений. Учитывая отмеченное, необходимо объективно и комплексно оценить потенциал учреждений для решения вопроса по изменению их типа.
