К Вопросу О Трактовке Человеческого Капитала

Abstract

Теория человеческого капитала получила широкое распространение в России. Число исследований в этой области постоянно увеличивается. Прогнозирование и планирование социально-экономического развития РФ предусматривает меры по развитию человеческого капитала. Однако в понятие «человеческий капитал» вкладывается разное содержание. Ряд отечественных ученых пересматривает понятие «человеческий капитал». Признавая исторический характер понятия «человеческий капитал», автор полагает, что его ревизия не может выходить за определенные границы. Рассмотрению некоторых из этих границ и посвящена настоящая статья.
